Patricia Apollonia Kotero has been an actress and model in the United States over a long period of time. She's best known for her role in Prince's 1984 film Purple Rain as well as singing lead in Apollonia 6, a girl group. She was in a number of smaller films, like Purple Rain's sequel Under the Cherry Moon (which she declined) as well as landing the part of Falcon Crest on the Night-Time Drama Falcon Crest from 1985-1986. Apollonia made her debut album in 1988. However, it was not a great mix of dance and R&B music that failed to attract the attention of the general audience. It quickly vanished completely from the public's view. In the years following, Apollonia continued to perform in the field of acting (if she was a bit unnoticed) and also in a few TV roles, movies and an exercise video. Apollonia released a bilingual album in Spanish and English named Stay With Me in 1997. When she returned to school she earned the degree of a bachelor in filmmaking. Then she established her own business. Apollonia holds a number of jobs. She was a model, actress, and talent manager. The role she played as an actor in the 1984 film Purple Rain made her a star. Other films and shows that she was in included Black Magic Woman and The Divorce Ceremony. Kotero debuted her career as a model. She participated in numerous pageants. Kotero won the title of Miss San Pedro Beauty Pageant. In the early 1980s, she started her career in acting. Apollonia Kotero, an American model and singer, also works as an agent for talent. The most prominent roles she has played include her role as a singer in Purple Rain and as the voice of the girl group Apollonia 6 Kotero has released solo and album with collaborators and a number of songs such as Red Light Romeo's Mismatch the Same Dream, Since I Fell for You. As an actress Kotero has been featured in a variety of TV shows like CHiPs Fantasy Island Tales of the Gold Monkey Knight Rider Matt Houston and Falcon Crest to name a few. Apart from Purple Rain, she has been in several films. Her popular films are Back To Back Black Magic Woman La Donna di una Sera and Cattive Ragazze. Kotero has also been models for music videos from stars like Ray Parker Jr. Kotero Entertainment was created by Kotero Entertainment that is a media company.
